Our Story
Our Philosophy
Every year, millions of tyres reach the end of their working life across India and most of them have nowhere good to go. They’re too durable to break down naturally, too bulky for conventional landfill, and too often end up stockpiled, burned in the open, or dumped in ways that damage soil, water, and air. Rover Renewables LLP was built on the belief that this doesn’t have to be the ending. A tyre that can no longer carry a vehicle can still carry value as energy, as raw material, as a component in something new.
That belief shaped how we built the plant. Rather than treating tyre disposal as a problem to manage, we approached it as a manufacturing process to get right. We invested in advanced pyrolysis reactors that break tyres down in a completely oxygen-free environment a controlled, monitored process rather than the open burning that has long defined informal tyre disposal. We layered in PLC-based automation and real-time process monitoring so that quality doesn’t depend on chance, and we built advanced air pollution control and heat recovery systems into the plant from day one, not as an afterthought bolted on later.
The result is a facility that takes in what was once considered waste and puts out three things industry actually needs: tyre pyrolysis oil for industrial fuel applications, recovered carbon black for rubber, plastics, and construction materials, and recycled steel for manufacturing.
Our Philosophy
Rover Renewables LLP offers a complete, end-to-end recycling solution for waste tyres not just one stage of it. We begin with collection, sourcing end-of-life tyres directly from industries, transport operators, municipalities, and authorised suppliers, so the material entering our system is properly documented from the start.
From there, our advanced pyrolysis process converts those tyres through oxygen-free thermal decomposition, automated and monitored at every stage, into three distinct, reusable outputs: tyre pyrolysis oil for industrial fuel applications, recovered carbon black for use in rubber, plastics, and construction materials, and recycled steel ready for reuse in manufacturing.
Running alongside all of this is our environmental waste management service, which helps partners move away from stockpiling, open burning, or unmanaged landfill disposal toward a compliant, accountable recycling pathway. Together, these six services form a single closed loop collection, conversion, and recovery so what starts as a waste liability for one industry becomes usable raw material for another.
What Guides Us
Precision at every stage.
Our automated pyrolysis systems are designed to maintain controlled operating conditions for consistent and efficient resource recovery.
Recovery is only valuable when the output is usable.
We focus on process control, material separation and product quality to create recovered resources ready for industrial applications.
Not just a process. A complete recovery system. From tyre preparation and pyrolysis to condensation, carbon recovery and steel separation, every stage is designed around reliable industrial operation.
How We Get There
We’re working toward a future where a discarded tyre is never dead weight where the material trapped inside it re-enters industry as oil, carbon black, and steel instead of sitting in a landfill for decades. Rover Renewables LLP exists to lead that shift in India: building recycling infrastructure that’s clean enough to trust, automated enough to scale, and transparent enough that every partner knows exactly where their material goes and what comes back.
We get there by treating every tyre as a resource, not a liability reducing what enters landfills, recovering oil, carbon black, and steel for reuse, and running the entire operation to the highest safety and quality standards we can hold ourselves to. We invest continuously in the technology that makes this possible, because a circular economy only works if the process behind it is one people can rely on.
