Our process begins with carefully selected end-of-life tyres, which are inspected and prepared before entering our advanced pyrolysis reactors. Inside, the tyres are heated in a controlled, oxygen-free environment without combustion breaking them down into useful hydrocarbons and solid materials.
The recovered vapours are cooled through our condensation system to produce tyre pyrolysis oil, while the remaining material is processed into recovered carbon black and steel.
With automated controls and real-time monitoring, we keep the process consistent, efficient and controlled turning a difficult waste stream into valuable industrial resources.
